Alcoholics Anonymous is a voluntary worldwide fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet together to attain and maintain sobriety. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership. It is a program of total abstinence. Members simply stay away from one drink, one day at a time. Sobriety is maintained through sharing experiences, strength, and hope at group meetings, and through the suggested Twelve Steps for recovery from alcoholism.

There are many ways to benefit from mindfulness or meditative activities, art being one of the fun ways! Learn to lean into your creativity to help de-stress, relax and process thoughts and emotions. No experience required, all are welcome. Art supplies and materials provided.

We will explore topics of interest in the hopes of manifesting self-enlightenment. Writing is optional.

Sound healing benefits include help to relax, de-stress, calm brain waves through the power of vibrations.
