Support Meetings
Alcoholics Anonymous is a voluntary worldwide fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet together to attain and maintain sobriety. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership. It is a program of total abstinence. Members simply stay away from one drink, one day at a time. Sobriety is maintained through sharing experiences, strength, and hope at group meetings, and through the suggested Twelve Steps for recovery from alcoholism.
Using Buddhist practices and principles of meditation to heal the suffering of addiction - all are welcome!
A space for all to come together, learn from and share hope of recovery for any addiction and/or mental health challenges. Join us in person at Westerly center, 55 Beach St #4.
We are encouraged with the possibility of taming emotions that no longer serve us through the restructuring of our reality.

We will also discuss other types of loss: a job, car, habit, material things we hold onto. This is a place where you will be comforted, supported, and understood. Facilitators have lived experience.
