Warwick Gong Bath
A gong bath or sound meditation bathes you in the healing vibrations of sound. It can help rebalance and nurture your nervous system and can help you relax and de-stress. Will take place every 3rd Wednesday monthly at PSN Warwick, 535 Centerville Rd, 2nd Floor, Warwick, RI. Limited to 20 people. We will have some yoga mats (limited availability) but feel free to bring your own.
